Core Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical onboarding of new Travel Pay clients, including corporate registration and Real Card Number setup. Manage Custom Data Fields and approval flows. Prepare and submit Mastercard registration documentation and coordinate with Mastercard Implementation Managers. Serve as the first point of operational contact for product capability questions and resolve operational incidents related to VCNs.

Requirements

2-4 years of experience in solutions engineering or technical account management within fintech or travel technology. Working proficiency in English and Spanish. Familiarity with corporate travel payment ecosystems and experience with Mastercard commercial payment products is desirable.
