Analista Sênior de Transformação - Mercado Envios

Support various strategic innovation projects for Mercado Envios, focusing on new shipping methods and operations in Latin America, particularly in Brazil, Argentina, and Mexico. Participate in all project phases, from identifying opportunities and developing case studies to implementing pilots. Conduct data analysis to support decision-making and track key performance indicators for the project. Prepare and deliver presentations to leadership and manage project coordination with business partners across different teams.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Logistics, or related fields. Strong problem structuring and data analysis skills for decision-making, with experience in project management. Knowledge of supply chain management is a plus. Excellent communication skills to manage stakeholders and ensure multidisciplinary collaboration.
