Coordenador(a) Jurídico(a) - Recuperação de Crédito Judicial

Manage the team responsible for judicial credit recovery, ensuring professional development and performance tracking. Provide legal advice to the cooperative, aligning strategies with applicable laws and institutional norms. Oversee the management of judicial processes and support regional managers and partner areas to enhance effectiveness. Develop and implement strategies for judicial credit recovery, leading negotiations and complex agreements.

Bachelor's degree in Law, with a completed postgraduate degree or MBA. Active OAB registration. Experience in people management and judicial credit recovery. Knowledge of mass litigation management, execution processes, and corporate bankruptcy.
