Core Responsibilities

The role involves leading Inbound/Outbound representative teams, ensuring a positive work environment and full operational support, while identifying improvement opportunities through cross-departmental projects. Responsibilities also include exceeding area goals, providing continuous coaching and feedback to the team, and supporting process and personnel development within the CAD.

Requirements

Candidates must have a completed university degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Quality, or Engineering, along with proven experience in similar leadership roles involving people management and routine oversight. Essential requirements include strong data analysis skills, good communication, didactics, a sense of urgency organization, and basic proficiency in the Office Suite, particularly Excel/Sheets.
