Ensure teams execute processes according to work instructions to deliver adequate levels of Occupational Safety, 5S, and productivity. Manage routine operations to maintain operational indicators at the highest level of excellence and ensure execution of production plans proposed by Planning & Control teams. Establish effective communication between support and operational areas and lead the implementation of a sustainable occupational safety culture.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields. Knowledge of Quality Tools such as 5S, Kaizen, 5PQs, and PDCA. Intermediate proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, SQL, and Power BI for monitoring and interpreting indicators. Availability for 100% on-site work in Simões Filho, Bahia, from 08:00 to 16:20, on a 6x1 schedule from Monday to Saturday.
