Design, test, and improve policies governing collection processes and execution. Develop and refine customer segmentation models based on risk profile and behavior. Take responsibility for strategic diagnosis of the area, identifying structural bottlenecks and translating complex problems into clear hypotheses and prioritized action plans.

Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities. Experience in strategic roles, preferably in collections or related fields. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders.
