Senior Operational Risk Analyst

Lead and manage operational and regulatory risks at the bank, identified through process evaluations and significant service management. Monitor identified risks, ensuring timely implementation of corresponding mitigation measures. Support the preparation of management reports, action plan follow-ups, key risk indicators (KRI), service level agreements (SLA), and other information requests from management.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related fields. Minimum 3 years of experience as a Senior Operational Risk Analyst in the financial sector. Experience with risk management methodologies such as COSO ERM 2017 and ISO 31000. Knowledge of regulatory frameworks 2115-2009 and 2116-2009.
What We Offer
The position is hybrid, requiring 2 to 3 days per week in the office located in Surquillo, Lima, Peru. Immediate availability is preferred.
