Analyze inspection reports for property entry and exit, identifying discrepancies and potential repairs. Conduct customer dispute analyses after property exit. Evaluate and price necessary repairs based on internal criteria and policies. Ensure quality, productivity, and compliance with operational SLAs.

Good written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to follow processes and meet deadlines. Basic knowledge of tools like Google Sheets/Excel and CRM tools (Salesforce). Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., Gemini).

The position offers a hybrid work model, requiring 2 days a week in the office and the rest remote. The office is located in São Paulo, Vila Leopoldina. The work schedule is commercial, with 44 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
