What You'll Do
Coordinate and support a software engineering team operating with AI-driven development methodologies. Manage delivery across small, fixed-scope software engineering projects, ensuring priorities, milestones, dependencies, and risks remain visible and controlled. Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring expectations and priorities remain aligned.
What We're Looking For
Experience managing or coordinating software engineering teams using AI-driven development methodologies. Strong stakeholder management, communication, organization, and delivery management skills. Proven ability to take an initial mission and scope, own it end-to-end, and evolve it independently for both yourself and your team.
