The Scrum Master will be responsible for ensuring the effective implementation of Scrum principles and practices, supporting the team in continuous value delivery, and fostering a collaborative and productive environment. Key duties include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, removing impediments, coaching the team on agile practices, and assisting the Product Owner with backlog management.
Requirements
Candidates must have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master or in related agile roles, with a degree in Engineering, Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Essential knowledge includes mastery of Scrum and other agile frameworks, experience with agile management tools like Jira/Azure Board, and intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
