Core Responsibilities

The specialist will own the full-cycle recruitment process in Mexico, partnering with hiring managers to source, recruit, close, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience. This includes leveraging various sourcing channels, maintaining ATS records, coordinating interviews, and contributing to global TA projects and AI tooling utilization.

Requirements

Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree (Economic/Admin) and have over 4 years of experience as an in-house recruiter managing high-volume hiring in fast-paced settings, including 2+ years using an ATS. Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both Spanish and English are mandatory.
