Operate the complete management cadence including Weekly Business Reviews, monthly closings, and Monthly Business Reviews. Transform fragmented updates from various departments into decision-ready narratives, connecting funnel conversion, sales productivity, and operational capacity. Identify repetitive routines and lead the implementation of AI-assisted workflows to reduce manual data collection and consolidation.
Requirements
Solid experience in Business Operations, Strategy & Operations, or similar fields. Strong analytical skills to interpret performance data and translate it into strategic recommendations. Excellent written communication skills in Portuguese and English, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
