What You'll Do
Plan and oversee the lubrication management of plant assets, ensuring proper selection, storage, application, and contamination control of lubricants. Supervise lubrication routes and manage deviations, while leading a team of 12 collaborators and standardizing procedures. Develop lubrication programs for plant shutdowns and maintain performance indicators through documentation control.
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in lubrication management and asset reliability. Strong leadership skills with the ability to guide and develop a team. Knowledge of safety, quality, and environmental standards in industrial settings. Experience in planning and executing maintenance activities.
