Manage the team and ensure the district strategy is executed effectively. Ensure the delivery of car volume targets, optimize rental profitability, and maintain fleet quality and productivity. Oversee customer service activities to guarantee quality and profitability.

Bachelor's degree required. Experience in leadership and customer service processes. Valid driver's license (category B) for at least one year. Strong results management skills.
