Conduct in-depth governance of productivity and budget achievement plans, including weekly post-mortems, statistical analysis, external benchmarking, and integrated site management. Oversee performance KPIs, supporting operations with key indicators to identify root causes of issues. Serve as the focal point for creating and replicating productivity-focused projects, ensuring consistent workflows across full and service operations. Develop, control, and analyze key performance indicators for the area, implementing dashboards and analytical insights to identify deviations and opportunities.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Data, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related fields. Proficiency in data manipulation and visualization tools such as Big Query, Looker Studio, AI (especially Claude and Gemini), and Google Sheets. Analytical, proactive problem-solving skills with intermediate to advanced knowledge of statistics. Experience in logistics and data is a plus.
