Lead a team of trainers in the Training execution team. Diagnose training needs with Shipping leaders and design strategies accordingly. Manage resources necessary for training programs and ensure timely implementation. Update and audit training documents to align with operations. Measure training program impact through business KPIs and adjust strategies based on results.

Experience in data analysis, KPI tracking, negotiation, and project management. Previous experience in operations, process improvement, training, or education is desirable. Knowledge of design for internal communication and tools like Tableau, Looker, Excel, and Google Slides is required. A university degree in Human Resources, Administration, Educational Design, or related fields is preferred.
