Programa de Pasantias (Microfinanzas)

Participate in specific projects within the bank, gaining practical experience and knowledge. Complete required hours of practical work and study, which will be certified upon completion. Engage in learning experiences that enhance commercial skills and professional development.

Recent graduates or university students in their final semesters of Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, Financial Engineering, or related fields. Must present an academic transcript showing progress and grades. A letter from the university for the internship agreement is mandatory for selected candidates.

The internship program offers skill development in an excellent work environment. Interns will receive a transportation allowance and certification for completed internships.
