Lead the design and implementation of a strategic PMO for distribution, centralizing logistics optimization initiatives. Direct site management and critical decision-making in the absence of the Supervisor to ensure business continuity. Guarantee timely resolution of complex contingencies, acting as the main escalation point for Team Leaders under high-pressure situations.

Previous experience in Last Mile logistics operations, covering Inbound/Outbound (UTR) and Distribution (OTR) processes. Proven experience leading logistics operation teams in supervisory or operational leadership roles. Technical knowledge of key Last Mile KPIs, including service level indicators and route efficiencies.
