People Analytics PL (DATA SCIENTIST)

Perform statistical, descriptive, and predictive analyses related to people and their business interactions to guide decision-making. Model and analyze deviations from key indicators and targets for the People & Management Directorate. Create, validate, and document assumptions, rules, and concepts regarding the area’s indicators. Prepare training materials and informative content about analytical products and tools to empower end users.

Knowledge in applied inferential statistics to business problems, including hypothesis testing and confidence levels. Experience with experimental design and causal inference methods. Proficiency in predictive modeling and multivariate statistics, including regression and time series analysis. Advanced skills in Excel and at least one Business Intelligence tool, along with SQL and/or Python.
