Lead the governance of service level indicators and operational quality in the region, preparing in-depth analyses on route performance. Monitor the execution of excellence and quality programs with local teams, conducting pre-audits to ensure adherence to process standards. Drive continuous improvement projects and root cause analysis methodologies, mobilizing teams to address deviations in timelines and quality.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields. Experience in capacity planning, integrated planning, workforce and fleet sizing, process improvement, and operational flow optimization, with Green Belt or Black Belt certification. Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel and SQL for analytical model building and operational data analysis.

The position is based in Rio de Janeiro and requires on-site presence from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6:48 PM.
