What You'll Do
Gather and analyze impacted processes. Manage and facilitate functional workshops during each PI Planning, coordinating between business and technology. Align functional requirements and documentation, and continuously supervise initiatives while identifying risks and impacts on the schedule using Jira.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Administration, or related fields. 3+ years of experience as a Process Analyst and/or Business Analyst. Knowledge in Artificial Intelligence, user story creation, acceptance criteria, and functional documentation.
What We Offer
Hybrid work model with attendance required at the office in La Victoria, Lima, twice a week.
