Labor Relations Sr Manager / VP

Implements the organization's employee relations strategy to minimize the negative impact of individual employee grievances or collective labor disputes. Coordinates employee and labor relations programs to ensure compliance with policies and practices. Represents management in negotiations and dispute resolution with employees and other agencies to protect the organization's interests.

6-10 years of experience in Labor Relations and HR. Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred. Legal experience and HR lead experience are essential.
