Design the expansion plan for the insurance portfolio, mapping regulatory and technological prerequisites. Maintain a competitive insurance product portfolio by monitoring market competitors. Lead the construction of processes, partnerships, and product launches while identifying business opportunities based on customer needs.

Robust experience in the insurance market. Proven experience in developing new insurance products, including coverage definition and pricing. Strong analytical skills for strategic product decision-making and experience with generative AI tools.
