What You'll Do
Welcome the needs of associates and use technology to interpret and generate insights from their data, suggesting the best financial solutions. Manage a portfolio of associates predominantly in the Agro segment, presenting financial solutions that meet their needs and achieving established commercial goals. Prospect new associates by studying the potential of the portfolio and participating in events to increase the social framework.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in administration, accounting, economics, agribusiness management, or related fields. Experience in managing client/associate portfolios in financial institutions is a differential. Knowledge of financial products and services, credit cooperativism, basic economics, and negotiation skills.
