Manage and resolve customer requests regarding vehicle registration and other authorized procedures. Receive and assist users courteously with their service needs. Ensure compliance with operational and regulatory processes.

Students or graduates in administrative or related fields. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles. Must attach a national identity card indicating special capacity.
