They will also maintain warm communication, follow up with leads, and ensure a seamless handoff to the legal team after retention.

Requirements

Candidates should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, high emotional intelligence for handling sensitive conversations, and exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail. Prior experience in legal intake, client services, sales, or customer success is preferred.
