What You'll Do
Conduct product discovery with clients, users, and business areas to identify relevant problems and reduce them to root causes. Transform opportunities into clear hypotheses and design quick experiments to validate them using prototypes, MVPs, and user testing. Lead product execution with a team of AI developers, ensuring rhythm, focus, and quality from start to finish.
What We're Looking For
Solid experience in digital product management with a proven track record of business results. Practical experience with product discovery and experimentation (hypothesis testing, MVPs, A/B testing, user interviews). Experience leading or closely working with engineering teams, ideally in AI, machine learning, or data.
