The Growth AI Operator is responsible for massively scaling Bitso's content and growth output using AI, automation, and smart workflows, focusing primarily on paid acquisition creatives, organic social content, and social media operations. This role involves building and running AI-driven production pipelines to accelerate the speed and volume of content creation across all channels.
Requirements
Candidates must have strong hands-on experience with AI creative platforms and no-code automation tools for high-volume content production, alongside basic Python knowledge to extend workflows. Essential soft skills include a low ego, high execution mindset, and advanced fluency in both English and Spanish.
