Define and execute the regional strategy for the 3PL category, building long-term roadmaps and consolidating projects to scale and generate efficiencies. Conduct complex negotiations with suppliers, lead selection processes, and evaluate commercial, financial, and operational proposals. Manage service levels, performance indicators, contracts, scope changes, complaints, and transition plans.

Experience in strategic purchasing, managing complex categories, and high-value negotiations. Proficiency in SAP or purchasing management systems, Google Workspace, advanced Excel, and Power BI or equivalent tools. Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain, or related fields; relevant prior experience in Strategic Purchasing is required.
