The intern will support the recruitment process by screening candidates, conducting technical and psychological evaluations, and assisting with onboarding. They will also help prepare final reports and support the execution of assessment centers.
Requirements
Candidates must be students in the final levels of an Organizational or Labor Psychology degree program. Proficiency in recruitment sources like LinkedIn and Multitrabajos is highly desired.
