What You'll Do
Manage the collection of assigned accounts by reviewing and analyzing account balances and due dates. Conduct collection efforts through phone, digital means, or in-person visits. Address internal and external client inquiries regarding account updates, inconsistencies, and overdrafts.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related fields. At least 1 year of experience in similar roles with knowledge of accounting, finance, and portfolio management. Proficiency in SAP and conflict management.
