Subsurface Applications Transformation Manager

Lead the strategy and evolution of the subsurface application ecosystem. Design and implement digital transformation initiatives focused on process improvement and operational efficiency. Identify optimization, automation, and integration opportunities between applications and systems. Collaborate with technical specialists to understand needs and co-create impactful solutions.

Bachelor's degree in Petroleum Engineering, Geology, Geophysics, Reservoirs, Systems, or related fields. Experience in the Oil & Gas industry, preferably in Exploration and Production (E&P) environments. Participation in digital transformation projects and process improvement. Knowledge of technological ecosystems applied to subsurface operations.
