The Claims Adjusting Supervisor leads and develops a team of adjusters to ensure operational continuity, quality, and compliance with service standards. They act as the primary escalation point for complex claims and drive performance optimization through KPI monitoring and process improvement.

Requirements

Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Insurance, Business Administration, or a related field. The role requires 4 to 6 years of experience in insurance claims handling and 1 to 3 years of supervisory experience.
