Application Support Engineer

Provide Level 2 support for infrastructure platforms and cloud environments. Investigate, diagnose, and resolve incidents in distributed environments. Monitor systems and manage alerts following defined operational procedures. Administer Windows Server and Linux environments.
What We're Looking For
Experience working with cloud platforms: AWS, Azure, or GCP. Experience in administration and support of Windows Server and/or Linux. Solid knowledge of incident management and IT support processes. Advanced English.
