Manage and prioritize the project backlog and demands. Conduct alignment meetings with business areas, operations, technology, and partners, defining priorities and monitoring delivery cycles. Document and detail business requirements, identifying needs and opportunities for process and system evolution. Monitor project indicators and results, preparing analyses, executive presentations, and management reports.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Production Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields. Intermediate knowledge of Office Suite and Power BI. Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and project management. Familiarity with performance indicators (KPIs and OKRs), APIs, and data analysis.
