Supervisor(a) Eléctrico(a) Mantenimiento Pala - Escondida

Supervise the preventive maintenance process for the fleet of shovels to ensure safe and efficient operations. Monitor the performance of the work team according to operational standards and procedures. Encourage team members to generate improvement ideas for implementation. Ensure compliance with HSE standards and BHP's Code of Conduct.

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or similar. Minimum of 5 years of experience in electrical maintenance of large mining shovels, including Bucyrus 495HR/HR2 and/or P&H 4100XPB, 4100XPC or 4800 XPC. Class B driver's license with at least two years of seniority. Solid knowledge of medium voltage electrical distribution systems.
