Ensure compliance with annual plans regarding costs and productivity. Standardize operations and align processes at a national level. Act as the focal point for the zone with other areas such as S&OP and Operational Excellence. Develop the team and propose improvements to maintain a culture of continuous improvement.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Civil Engineering, Logistics Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience leading logistics or production operations in large companies. Advanced knowledge in operations, management control, and continuous improvement. Experience managing teams of more than 50 people.
