Perform physical, chemical, or microbiological analyses using predetermined techniques to meet service area requirements. Participate in the update or development of new methodologies, including method execution, result recording, data processing, and protocol procedures as requested. Operate and maintain optimal functioning of related equipment and supplies, and report any defects or needs for replacement.

Formal education as a chemical analyst, technical level, or other studies related to Chemistry, Microbiology, or Biotechnology. Ideal experience of 1 year in a relevant field. Practical and theoretical knowledge in analysis methods specific to the service area, and familiarity with laboratory equipment and safety standards.
