Technical Coordinator, Data Creators (CDMX)

Be responsible for the technical front of the unit: hardware, inventory, maintenance, and technical support on the operations floor. Receive, inventory, deploy, and maintain all capture equipment, and build the inventory and asset control system for the unit. Perform first-line troubleshooting on hardware and capture issues during shifts, minimizing downtime.

2+ years of hands-on experience in maintenance, troubleshooting, or repair of electronic or electromechanical equipment. Systematic troubleshooting skills to isolate failures across hardware, wiring, firmware, and software layers. Professional-level English for technical documentation and escalations.

Base salary ranges from $30,000 MXN to $40,000 MXN. The unit operates 24/7, with flexibility for early starts, late finishes, or occasional weekend coverage for critical hardware issues.
