Monitor KPIs and SLAs for personnel administration services, analyzing planning deviations and action effectiveness. Participate in governance meetings with BPs, Heads, and Operators.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or equivalent. Experience in generalist personnel administration, benefits, and supplier management. Availability to work on-site 80% of the time. Experience in the logistics sector or high-volume processing companies is a plus.
