Lead the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC) from technical requirements analysis to deployment in app stores and production monitoring. Provide continuous support for productive applications, diagnosing and resolving high-impact incidents. Manage advanced workflows in Git, code reviews, and CI/CD pipelines. Facilitate alignment between business objectives and technical feasibility, estimating complex tasks and promoting engineering best practices.
What We're Looking For
Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, Computing, Software, or related fields. Minimum 5 years of proven experience in professional software development, particularly in the financial/fintech sector. Demonstrable experience in support, monitoring, and operational stability of high-transaction applications.
