Desarrollador/a Java Expert - AML (Ciudad de México, Miguel Hidalgo)

Participate actively in the design of technical initiatives and strategic project planning, including initial requirements gathering. Directly lead teams responsible for the evolution, maintenance, and optimization of technological solutions. Coordinate and lead the deployment of functionality in production, ensuring operational follow-up during post-implementation phases. Design, measure, and report key performance indicators (KPIs) aimed at continuously improving project standards.

Advanced proficiency in Java development. Minimum of 3 to 5 years of demonstrable experience as a developer, preferably in technical leadership roles. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related fields. Intermediate-advanced knowledge of databases such as Oracle and SQL Server, as well as experience with application servers like WAS and TOMCAT.
