Engineer People Technology

Execute hands-on configuration of Workday Time Tracking and Absence Management. Manage and resolve technical support queries and bugs via Jira. Partner with regional People Operations teams to implement system adjustments that improve employee experience and ensure local compliance. Conduct rigorous unit and regression testing for Workday bi-annual releases.

Proven hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM, specifically in Absence Management and/or Time Tracking modules. Strong ability to manage routine ticket maintenance and deliver reliable solutions. Advanced English communication skills.
