Support all lawyers in the legal team with daily obligations, including monitoring and reporting on legal and regulatory frameworks. Review and draft contracts, NDAs, and agreements with suppliers. Conduct detailed legal research on applicable jurisprudence and doctrines in the telecommunications and technology sector.
What We're Looking For
Active student in the last semesters or years of Law degree (third year or higher). Excellent writing, spelling, and legal analysis skills. Basic knowledge in Civil Law (Contracts), Commercial Law, and Labor Law. Intermediate proficiency in office tools (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
