Core Responsibilities

Provide technical support to organization users, diagnosing and resolving hardware and software issues, particularly within the Microsoft 365 suite, to ensure operational continuity. Manage user accounts and permissions in Microsoft 365 environments while monitoring system behavior after updates.

Requirements

Candidates need good programming logic and intermediate-to-advanced knowledge in languages like PHP, Python, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and SQL, along with basic knowledge in C, C++, C#, Basic, and/or Java. Required experience includes server configuration, intermediate-to-advanced CMS usage (WordPress or Wix), basic networking/security, and intermediate Microsoft 365 suite proficiency.
