Bachelor's degree in technology, information systems, or related fields. Basic knowledge of process automation (RPA, scripts, integrations) and familiarity with Linux and Windows operating systems. Understanding of scripting languages for simple automation (e.g., Python, PowerShell, VBA) and basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP).
