Core Responsibilities

This role involves executing heavy configuration within the Workday application, focusing on Recruiting and Talent modules, while also supporting and configuring third-party talent acquisition systems like Phenom People and Ajinga. The specialist will assess new business requests, recommend technical solutions, and partner closely with HR Technology Process and Solutions leads and Centers of Excellence.

Requirements

Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of experience in HRIS, IT, or HR Operations with a Bachelor's degree (or 6 years with a High School diploma), including at least 2 years of hands-on Workday Global Talent Acquisition/Recruiting configuration. Essential requirements include translating business needs into technical functionality, leading UAT, and demonstrating an understanding of data privacy principles.
