Business Operations Specialist

Investigate variations in metrics and business opportunities, breaking down complex problems into smaller parts to identify root causes. Prioritize opportunities with pragmatism and translate analyses into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and partner teams. Support the construction of plans with involved areas and help structure weekly and monthly governance.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Economics, or related fields. Experience in analytical roles with a strong business perspective, such as Business Operations, Business Analyst, Strategy, Consulting, or Planning. Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and ability to handle ambiguity and frequent priority changes.

Hybrid work model with monthly in-person meetings in São Paulo. Flexible working hours from Monday to Friday.
