Shipments Analyst
NowportsCore Responsibilities
The analyst will participate in the implementation process for assigned accounts, including kick-off and ID creation, and will be responsible for reviewing and sending instruction letters to origin. Daily tasks also involve coordinating shipments with agents and suppliers, confirming itineraries with the client, monitoring shipment profitability, verifying costs against quotations, and constantly notifying the client of itinerary changes.
Requirements
Candidates must possess a minimum of four years of experience in maritime import operations, along with operational experience using CargoWise software. A deep understanding of Incoterms, international regulations, and risk management is essential, complemented by strong customer orientation and interdepartmental communication skills.
