Attend floor meetings with leadership to address process impact causes based on action plans. Review implemented action plans to improve efficiency and quality. Analyze processes, collect relevant data for each process stage, and evaluate risks.

Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Logistics, Data Science, or related fields. Experience in operational logistics routines and knowledge of Office and Google Docs. Familiarity with SQL, Looker Studio, and BI tools is a plus.
